Morelli Pasta: Named Pici for Sienna; Bigoli for Venice. The same great pasta produced by the Morelli Family. The Morelli family has produced artisanal pastas with wheat germ since 1860. This product is very high in protein and vitamins. Just add olive oil or your favorite sauce for a healthy meal. 500 grams. Serves 10-12 people. Bigoli and Pici: This pasta is truly extravagant. It is thick and rich and can be served with absolutely any sauce imaginable. We like it with Italian sausage meat, leeks, peas, mushrooms and fresh herbs with olive oil.
