Swordfish with Mediterranean Rub and Fumee de Sel

1 T olive oil
2 t fresh lemon juice
1 Tfumee de sel
2 TMediterranean Rub
Fresh ground Madagascar Pepper

4 50z Swordfish Steaks 1 inch thick

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Add the swordfish, turn to coat and let marinate for 20-30 minutes.

When ready, light your grill. Using a damp paper towel, coat the grill with olive oil. Remove Swordfish from the marinade. Sprinkle with a little of thesaltand grind over somepepper. Grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once , until browned and just cooked through. Approx. 10 minutes.

Drizzle with the remaining marinade and enjoy.
