Prawns with Thai Rub

1 clovegarlicminced
1 TThai rub
2 T olive oil
1 t fresh lemon juice
1 TFumee de selorCitrus Sea Salt

1 ½ lbs deveined shrimp with their shells.

Combine ingredients to form a marinade and pour over the shrim. Let stand 20-30 minutes.

Shrimp can then be grilled or pan sautéed. If cooking in a pan use 1 T of olive oil and cook over medium heat, turning once until pink and cooked through.

Drizzle with remaining marinade.
