Orders that are already processed that are cancelled or returned will
incur a restocking fee of 15%.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the unlikely event that your shipment is received damaged or incorrect,
please notify us immediately via email or by calling 631.377.0878. Please
note your order number, name, phone number and description of the damages
or discrepancy. We will contact our shipper to have the merchandise
picked up and an insurance claim started. As soon as we receive payment
from the shipper, we forward all of that money on to the customer. Please
do not throw out the box or any packaging material that you received,
as all items are necessary for the insurance claim.
