Tamise De Guerande

This salt is a small to medium grain sea salt that is found just below the Fleur de Sel layer. Tamise is carefully sifted in order to achieve an even crystal size. This is the most popular table salt amongst French salt farmers. The mild flavor and soft crunch make it ideal for finishing or for topping breads, casseroles, roasts or fish.
